ISO 9001 Custom Metal & Plastic Parts — Stamping • CNC • Casting • Welding
ISO 9001 certified. Please send your drawings and Critical Quality Qualifications (CTQ) requirements—our engineers will review their manufacturability and risks, and then provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) instructions, process recommendations, and quotation guidance. We offer multilingual support for overseas OEMs and distributors.
Custom Parts Products
Prime supplies custom metal & plastic components for industrial manufacturing and OEM programs—built for stable quality, reliable delivery, and repeatable production at scale.
Stamping Parts
We design and build progressive dies in-house, ensuring consistency for high-volume production while lowering your long-term tooling costs. With press capacities ranging from 45T to 400T, we handle material thicknesses from 0.1mm to 10mm with ease.
Casting Parts
Achieving complex geometries with near-net shape precision. We control porosity level and chemical composition to meet ASTM/ISO requirements and your acceptance criteria. X-ray inspection is available on request, with report output aligned to your drawing/spec.
CNC Parts
Tight tolerances down to ±0.005mm for mission-critical components. Our facility is equipped with 3-axis to 5-axis centers to handle everything from rapid prototyping (1 piece) to mass production. We specialize in machining tough materials like Titanium, Stainless Steel 316, and PEEK.
Welding Parts
Strong welds, clean seams, and precise assembly. We utilize Robotic Welding for consistent high-volume runs and certified manual welders (TIG/MIG) for complex structures. For structural weldments, we follow agreed welding requirements and can provide inspection options (DPI / UT) and weld inspection records based on your project needs.
Plastic Parts
From commodity plastics to high-performance engineering resins. We provide upfront DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis to optimize your mold design, preventing sink marks and warpage. Tool life can be designed up to 1M shots depending on resin, part geometry, and maintenance plan. We provide upfront DFM and confirm key risks (warpage/sink) before tooling.
Metal Forgings
Superior mechanical strength for safety-critical applications. By optimizing grain flow, our forging process produces parts that are significantly stronger than machined or cast alternatives. Ideal for high-stress components in automotive, energy, and mining industries.
Custom Fasteners
When off-the-shelf bolts fail, we manufacture custom fasteners to your exact specifications. We specialize in High-Tensile grades (8.8, 10.9, 12.9) and specific alloys for extreme environments.
Cylinder Components
Precision-engineered pistons, glands, and heads for hydraulic systems. We achieve mirror-like surface finishes (Ra 0.2-0.4µm) through honing and burnishing, supporting seal performance by controlling surface finish (Ra 0.2–0.4µm via honing/burnishing). Final sealing performance depends on system design; surface-finish and dimensional inspection records can be provided on request.
Customize Other Metal Parts
Have a special structure or mixed-process requirement? We combine stamping/CNC/welding/finishing into one build plan—reducing supplier handoffs and delivery risk.
Why choose Prime to customize metal parts?
Process Control + Inspection Records
We run production with defined CTQ checks and keep inspection records (FAI / dimensional reports on request) so overseas teams can verify consistency.
Traceability & Compliance Support
ISO 9001 system with material/lot traceability for controlled items. RoHS/REACH test reports can be provided on request (e.g., SGS reports if required).
Engineering Feedback for Manufacturability
Send drawing + material + CTQ. We return DFM notes and process options (cost/lead time trade-offs) to reduce redesign and hidden risks.

Can't find what you're looking for? Please submit your questions to our team of part design experts.
- You can send product drawings (2d/3D format), samples or detailed description, we will evaluate the feasibility and provide you with the initial quotation.
- If you do not have drawings, we also provide reverse engineering services, can be based on sample design.
- The more detailed the information provided (e. g. dimensions, tolerances, materials, surface finishes, etc.), the more accurate our solution will be.
- According to your requirements, we will recommend the most suitable processing methods, such as stamping, CNC, casting, etc.
- After the project is confirmed, we will develop a detailed mold development and proofing plan for your review.
- We have a professional mold design team, using UG, SolidWorks and other software for structural design.
- During the mold design phase, we will provide 3D models or drawings to customers for confirmation to ensure functional and dimensional requirements are met.
- Multiple rounds of adjustments can be made based on the structural optimization suggested by the customer until confirmation before entering manufacturing.
- Follow-up production efficiency, tool life and ease of maintenance are considered in the design process.
- After customer confirmation, all drawings will be filed to ensure the consistency of subsequent mass production.
- The standard mould manufacturing cycle takes 15-25 working days, depending on the complexity of the structure.
- Simple parts die can be completed in 7-10 working days proofing.
- Expedited tooling may be possible for simple parts after drawing confirmation; sample lead time depends on complexity, material, and approval cycle.
- After the completion of the mold, we will provide samples to customers to confirm, confirm the error before mass production.
- During the whole cycle, sales will update you regularly, including the design, mold, proofing and other stages.
Common mold design issues and their solutions include:
| Issue | Prevention Strategy |
|---|---|
| Sink Marks | Appropriate extension of cooling time to avoid the release of thermal stress on demoulding |
| Warping | Change the gate location to adjust the material flow path |
| Sticking in Mold | Increase the product demoulding slope, avoid right angle or negative angle structure |
| Short Shot | Add an auxiliary runner or replace the material with a better flow version |
